December 16, 2011, New York: HVS Executive Search today announced that Juliette Boone has been promoted to Partner, North America. Juliette has been with HVS since 2004 and will focus on further developing the company’s consulting practice covering executive search, mid-management recruitment, compensation consulting and performance management in North America.
“Juliette has a unique blend of strategic and practical thinking that will be accretive to our partnership,” said Keith Kefgen, Chief Executive Officer at HVS Executive Search.
“Having already developed a number of key clients for the firm including Evolution Hospitality, Extended Stay Hotels and Magna Hospitality, she is now ready to take on added responsibilities in the region.”Juliette’s dynamic career spans 18 years in the hospitality industry. Speaking on her appointment, she said,

Juliette’s passion for this business began at a very early age, mostly through a love of food. Culinary arts evolved into catering sales and operations, contract food service, concept development, then marketing and finally consulting with HVS. Her experience is complemented with a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
